You're able to opt for Refund or Store Credit within 30 days, sadly No Exchanges. All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

You will be charged for a prepaid shipping label (see options below) upon lodgement of the return through our returns portal.
If the item was purchased during a sitewide sale period it sadly can't be returned for a refund, you can only opt for store credit. For health & hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for underwear, socks, hair accessories and drink bottles.
*Sitewide sales include manually slashing prices, this policy does not apply during Flash Sales or for orders made using a one-time discount code e.g Welcome10 code
Please note Outlet items are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted (unless faulty).
Prepaid Express Returns
This is the most cost effective option for International Returns!
A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you once your return is lodge through our International Returns portal here.
*Please note, the returns label expires within 10 days of issue if unused.
Once you receive your returns label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us. Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Self-Postage Returns
Return your items at your own cost, with the shipper of your choice!
A returns slip with the MSCR address will be emailed to you once your return is lodge through our International Returns portal here.
Please note, this is NOT a shipping label, you must pay for your own shipping label with the courier of your choice and return it to the address listed on the returns slip provided. You will need to included this returns slip inside the returning package, so that our team can process the return accordingly.
*Please note that if you have paid duties as part of your order, these were paid to your local government and not to MSCR. This unfortunately means we are unable to refund any duties charges if a return is made. Instead, you can apply to your local government to have these reimbursed.
